New subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment.
No Questions Asked
If you're not satisfied within 14 days, we'll refund you — no lengthy explanations needed.
5–7 Business Days
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Overview
SmallPDF.us offers optional paid subscription plans — Starter, Pro, and Agency — to unlock higher limits and premium features. We stand behind the quality of our service and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
This policy applies to all paid plans purchased on SmallPDF.us. Free-tier users are not affected — free tools remain free and are not subject to any billing.
Refund eligibility is determined at the time of the request. Please read the eligible and ineligible sections below before submitting a request.

How to Request a Refund

The email you used to sign up / pay.
Payment ID / Transaction ID
Found in your payment confirmation email from Razorpay (India) or Paddle (international).
Date of payment
When the charge was made.
Reason (optional)
Brief note on why you'd like a refund. Helps us improve.
Refund Processing Timeline
Request reviewed
We review your request and confirm eligibility. You'll receive an email within 2 business days.
Refund initiated
If approved, we initiate the refund through Razorpay (India) or Paddle (international).
Credit to your account
Funds appear in your original payment method (card, UPI, bank account, or Paddle-supported payment method). Bank timelines vary.
International Payments (USD / Paddle)
International plans are billed in USD and managed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until cancelled.
Refund Eligibility
Same 14-day window applies. Eligible conditions are identical to India plans.
Refund Method
Refunded via Paddle to your original payment method (card or other supported method) used at checkout. Currency: USD.
Note: Paddle may apply its own processing delays. Typically 3–5 business days after we initiate the refund.
Cancellation Policy
India Plans (INR — Auto-renewing)
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for the remaining days after cancellation.
International Plans (USD — Auto-renewing)
International plans auto-renew monthly or annually via Paddle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription, or via the Paddle billing portal link in your payment confirmation email. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for remaining days after cancellation.
