What happens to PNG transparency in the PDF
PDF pages don't support transparency the way PNG does — any transparent areas in your PNG are filled with white in the resulting PDF page. If your image relies on a transparent background, expect it to appear as solid white once converted.
What order will my images appear in?
Images convert into PDF pages in the exact order you arrange them before converting — drag any thumbnail to reorder it. The order in the preview grid is exactly the page order of the final PDF.
Screenshots vs. photos saved as PNG
PNG is common for both screenshots — sharp edges, flat colors, text — and photos saved losslessly. Both convert identically into PDF pages, though screenshots typically produce smaller PDF pages since they compress more efficiently even losslessly.
One image per page, always
Each uploaded PNG becomes its own page in the PDF — there's no option to place multiple images on one page in this tool. For a layout with several images per page, you'd need a different document layout tool.
How big will the resulting PDF be?
Roughly the sum of your PNG file sizes plus a small amount for the PDF's page structure. PNGs are often larger than equivalent JPGs to begin with, so a PDF from PNG source images tends to be bigger than one built from JPGs of the same photos.
